Bootcamp consists of free scheduled 60-90 minute workout sessions in the heart of downtown Dayton.Experience varied and fun workout activities that keep you motivated and excited.  Personable and motivated instructors and teammates will help you achieve results no matter what your current fitness level is.

Summer workouts (April 9, 2012-October 2012) are held at the Riverscape Metropark  (weather-dependent), and normally begin on Monday and Wednesday at 600 pm and Saturday at 830 am.  Winter workouts (beginning October 15) are held at Rivers Edge Montessori School (108 Linwood Street, Dayton, OH) on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6 pm and at The Wesley Center (630 Delphos Ave. Dayton, OH) on Saturdays at 830 am. Be on time and bring your own water!!

We are happy that children are being exposed to physical fitness at a young age. Thank you for allowing your child to participate in our Bootcamp. Please note that if you are bringing a child to Bootcamp that is too young to participate, we ask that you sign up to help facilitate the 15-minute rotation of children activities/supervision.
